Families’ Responsibilites

  • Families must send their children to school everyday.
  • Families must send their children to school on time each day.
  • Families must send their children rested, fed, clean and ready to learn.
  • Families must model the behavior in their own lives that they wish to see in their children.
  • Families must hold their children responsible for the work, attendance and behavior necessary for the child’s education.
  • Families must stay in communication with the school by maintaining contact with their children’s teachers, responding to communication from the school, volunteering time and attending meetings when possible.
  • Families must help their children develop a sense of self-esteem, confidence and self-worth.
  • Families must help their children to care for and return schoolbooks and learning materials.
